One shared view of what was agreed

The brand types “ok, great” in a chat — and that is all you have when you need to show they agreed to these terms. Disputes start with “I remember it differently” — because each side keeps its own version of what was agreed. The brand replies “fix the second shot” inside a thread with three hundred messages — and half a year later it is hard to show when exactly that was said.
The other side sees the same confirmed terms you do — without creating an account. The other side confirms in one click that they see the same terms — and that confirmation stays in the record. From that same view, with no account and nothing to install, acceptance of the work can be confirmed or comments on it filed.
You see whether the link was opened, when it last happened and whether the other side has confirmed. You open the deal, create a link and send it to the other side — they create no account and install nothing. The comments come back to the deal card with the date they were filed; you reply in one field, mark them handled, or carry them into an amendment as the source of the change.
This view shows only the terms you confirmed — never drafts and never suggestions from artificial intelligence. You can revoke the link at any time and it expires on its own; our database holds only its fingerprint, never the link itself. We record the wording of the comments and the moment they arrived, but we do not claim who sent them — the link is an access capability, not an identity.
We plan to show the history of each term in this view, not only its current state.
