Statement on materials featuring other people

What we do with the material

The material is analysed within the European Union and is TRANSIENT: we do not store its content. We extract frames and the audio track only for the time needed to check the criterion, then temporary files are deleted and the storage has a rule to erase within a day. We keep only the RESULT — the verdict, the reasoning and a pointer into the recording (second, quotation) — not the material.

What you confirm

• You have a basis for processing the likeness and voice of people captured in the material — for example their consent, a contract, or another basis arising from the circumstances of the recording.
• Those people know, or can find out, that the material is passed to a tool which analyses its content.
• You are not uploading material whose sharing would infringe someone's rights or a duty of confidentiality.

What this statement is NOT

It is not a third party's consent and does not replace one. We have no way to reach the person appearing in your recording, and we do not pretend otherwise. The statement places the confirmation of a legal basis where the actual knowledge of the recording is — with you, because you know who is on it and in what circumstances it was made.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw the statement at any time in Settings. Withdrawal closes the material-analysis features going forward; the record that a statement was once made remains as a trace, because it concerns the past. If we change the wording of this document, we will ask you to confirm again — a statement with different wording is not the same statement.
